Seastone Kitchens cabinets can be made from either Swiss wood, MDF or Plywood. Although each product has its own advantages and disadvantages, the main functionality is ultimately providing storage. However, there are a number of other items which have to be considered when preparing wall or base units, such as the face frames, door and drawer-front finishes, hinges, handles, runners etc. The quality and assembly of these components widely vary depending on the manufacturer and cabinet.

With any new kitchen or refurbishment, one of the most exciting parts of the design process is the selection of the door and drawer fronts. Seastone Kitchens offers a wide range of options to choose from, such as colours, textures and methods of opening and closing, bringing design and functionality together.

Premium Finishes

Seastone uses award-winning AGT as its supplier of versatile hard-wearing panelling, for both doors and furniture. AGT panels are manufactured with world-class quality MDF and are presented with colourful solutions that bring class to any décor. AGT panels are PVC foil-coated which provides a superior surface finish with three different textures: High Gloss, Soft Touch and Acrylic.

Runners

Seastone pay attention to all the details which includes selection of the market’s best mechanical components. For instance, the Häfele and Blum drawer runner systems that are engineered to be extremely precise in their operation; the excellent “swish” smooth sliding motion when opening or closing, is their trademark. Manufactured from stainless steel and with a choice of self-closing, push-release or roller runners, you can be assured of robust reliability and precision.

Hinges

One of the most important parts of any cabinet are the hinges. Seastone Kitchens cabinets are assembled with either original Blum or Häfele branded hinge products which have proven soft closing mechanisms delivering a faultless motion for storage solutions.
